SCOPE
This project restores passage for salmon and steelhead into the upper reach of San Geronimo Creek, within the Lagunitas Creek Watershed. The project will add three concrete baffles and a concrete cut-off wall to the existing culvert under Railroad Ave. and modify approximately 365 linear feet of San Geronimo Creek downstream of the culvert with rock and anchored log structures in Woodacre, CA. Work includes, but is not limited to dewatering, re-grading the creek bed, installation of the new concrete baffles and cut-off wall, placement of twelve rock structures spanning the creek, installation of fourteen log, rootwad, and habitat structures, fill of river rock and bank slope protection.
