SCOPE
This project will consist of a project on the Flagstaff Ranger District, Coconino National Forest. The West Fork Bridge Replacement Project work includes but is not limited to removal and disposal of existing bridge abutments and superstructure, structural excavation and backfill, construction of new abutments and wingwalls, construciton of a new superstructure, furnishing and placement of guardrail systems, and installation of rip rap for abutment protection. All work shall be completed in accordance with project specifications and construction drawings. The work includes all labor, material, supervision, testing, and equipment necessary to perform all the operations for the work specified herein and as stated in the construction drawings. Project Location: For West Fork Bridge Replacement site: From Flagstaff, AZ head west out of town along Old Route 66 to the Woody Mountain Road/Forest Service road 231. Turn south onto Woody Mountain Road/FSR 231 and travel approximately 18.4 miles to the project site. Primary Point of Contact.: Margaret M.
