SCOPE
1. Vertical offset of 20 linear feet of 12-inch asbestos cement water line, all depths, including all joints, bends, and fittings to be restrained. 2. 24-inch minimum steel casing for 18-inch HDPE storm sewer by trenchless construction, all depths. 3. 18-inch HDPE storm sewer by trenchless construction, all depths. 4. Remove existing 18-inch storm sewer, all diameters and materials. 5. Grout and abandon existing 18-inch RCP storm sewer, 0’-8’ depth. 6. Remove existing storm sewer inlet, all depths. 7. Pre-cast type “A” storm sewer inlet, all depths. 8. Repair existing storm sewer manhole with cementitious material to a minimum thickness of one-inch. Existing storm sewer must be fully sealed at the manhole wall prior to cementitious liner. 9. 6-inch wide concrete curb, all heights. 10. Reinforced concrete swale. 11. Line stop, all diameters and host pipe materials, as directed by engineer. 12. Trench safety as required per Section 01561, throughout the project. 13. Television inspection of storm sewer lines after completion of rehabilitation work. 14. Implementation and maintenance of traffic control when necessary or required. Contractor to note that these plans may not include all necessary Traffic Control Plans. Contractor to ensure traffic control is executed as necessary to facilitate work. Contractor is responsible for obtaining any and all permits required for street cuts and/or traffic control and any and all requirements set forth by permitting agencies. 15. Site restoration including removal and replacement of damaged pavement including subgrade, curb and gutter, pavement markings as necessary and sidewalks, driveways, concrete patios, pools, wooden decks, irrigation lines, turf, plants, shrubs, fences, trees, damaged traffic signaling equipment and other miscellaneous items in the easement or right of way. 16. Any bypass pumping required to complete the work is incidental to the project. 17.
