SCOPE
This project includes a full reconstruction of approximately 6,450 linear feet of roadway and related improvements. The limits of the project are from the Northwestern curb return limits at the Everhart Road intersection to the southeastern curb return at the Airline Road intersection (approx. 5,000 LF), then from the western curb return limits at the Avalon Street and Everhart Road intersection to the eastern curb return limits at the Alameda Street intersection (approx.1,100 LF) and finally from the northern curb return limits at the Alameda Street intersection to the southern curb return limits at the Avalon Street intersection (approx. 350 LF). The scope of work includes reconstructing the existing pavement with Continuous Reinforced Concrete Pavement (CRCP), new 8’ sidewalk on Alameda, along with curb and gutter, sidewalk, driveways, and ADA compliant curb ramps. The utility improvements includes storm water, wastewater and water. Existing signage will be replaced with new signage, and striping will be updated to meet current standards and signalization improvements at the intersection with Airline Rd.
