EXECUTION DAYS: 10 CONTRACT EXECUTION DAYS: 10 SPECIAL START DATE: N/A ACQUIS./FLEXIBLE START TIME: 15 Days (acq. time) The work under this Contract consists of supplying all equipment, materials, labor, and incidentals to mill and resurface roadways, replacement of all thermoplastic striping, reflective pavement markers (RPM's), Maintenance of Traffic (MOT), and Mobilization at various locations in Duval County as shown in the Appendices. All work will be described in detail on one or more individual work documents issued during the life of this contract. The individual work orders will be developed using a per lane mile cost multiplied by the lane miles to be completed for that specific work order. The cost per lane mile will be calculated by taking the Contractor's lump sum price and dividing it by the total lane miles identified in the Appendices - Priorities 1, 2 and 3 [27.819 lane miles]. Contractor's Lump Sum Price, divided by 27.819 lane miles will equal the cost per lane mile to be utilized in the work order by the Department. This is a Lump Sum Contract with only one pay item listed in the Contract. EXPERIENCE IN ASPHALT PAVING (FORM 850-070-01) MUST BE COMPLETED AND SUBMITTED WITH THE BID. BUDGET ESTIMATE - $4,095,000.00.
