This Contract includes an option for renewal(s). The Contract will be awarded at the budget estimate amount. Intent: The work under this Contract consists of concrete repair, including inlet tops, ditch bottom inlets, curb inlets, mitered end sections, curb & gutter, and sidewalks in various locations on Department maintained roadways in Brevard County, Florida, on an as-needed basis. The quantities shown on the Bid Price Proposal are approximate and only represent estimated planned requirements based on historical or specific project needs. The Department does not guarantee any maximum or minimum quantity, any range of quantities, or the exact quantities shown for each bid item.
