SCOPE
The work associated with Stephanie Street Reclaimed Waterline Improvements Project includes the rehabilitation of 9,850 LF 24"MLCP RWL using Flexible Fabric Reinforced Pipe from Windmill Parkway and Green Valley Parkway, through Windmill Parkway and Arroyo Grande Boulevard, and ending at Green Valley Intermediate Pump Station (GVIPS) within UPRR Right-of-Way. Work within this rehabilitated section includes improvements to Air Vacuum/Air Release Valves and Laterals, Blowoff Valves and Laterals, Cathodic Protection Test Stations and Anode Bags, and replacement of Inline Gate Valves inside of new Valve Vaults. The 24” MLCP RWL will be converted to open-to-atmosphere gravity flow by installing a Flowmeter and Control Valve at GVIPS, removing/converting downstream inline isolation valves to access manholes, and converting AVARs to Gooseneck Vents from GVIPS to Stephanie Street. Full width roadway rehabilitation will be performed along Stephanie Street, from UPRR to102 - 2Contract No. 2023-27-5753Stephanie Street Reclaimed Waterline Improvements Galleria Drive. Additional Work consists of PLC replacement at GVIPS and the Green Valley Pump Station located at the Kurt R. Segler Water Reclamation Facility. Luke.Fritz@cityofhenderson.com
