SCOPE
The rehabilitation of the Marcos de Niza public housing community will establish a revitalized community with 374 units of affordable housing in 124 single-story buildings located at 305 West Pima Street in Phoenix, Arizona. There are 224 units in the northern section of the development and 150 units in the southern section. The northern section was built in 1941 and the southern section in 1952. On-site facilities include parking, an administrative office, a resident services building, a community room, and storage and maintenance facilities. This project has a 10% SBE goal. The Engineer's Estimate is $20.6M to $25.2M.
