The project provides for the construction of approximately 8,200 lineal feet of a 16-inch-diameter recycled water main pipeline along public right-of-way from the City of Cerritos through the cities of Lakewood and Cypress to Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Cypress, and the conversion of the Forest Lawn Memorial Park irrigation system from potable water to recycled water. The proposed pipeline will be 16-inch in diameter and will connect to the City’s existing system at the intersection of Southern California Edison’s right-ofway. The pipeline will travel south along Claretta Street to Eckleson Street at which point it will proceed in an easterly direction to Bloomfield Avenue where it will proceed in a southerly direction all within the City of Cerritos. At the intersection of Del Amo Boulevard and Bloomfield Avenue the reclaimed water pipeline will cross to the City of Lakewood and continue in a southerly direction on Bloomfield Avenue to Centralia Street where it turns easterly onto Centralia Street terminating at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
