SCOPE
This project entails constructing about 72 linear feet (LF) of 8’ wide multi-use trail along Sheep Draw north of W. 10th Street and west of 63rd Avenue. The trail will cross Sheep Draw and connect to the existing 10-foot-wide multi-use trail west of Sheep Draw and the existing 8-foot-wide trail east of Sheep Draw. Approximately 30 LF of two 42-inch reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) culverts with flared headwalls will be installed in Sheep Draw underneath the trail crossing. Temporary bypass pumping will be provided in Sheep Draw during the construction activities. In addition, the project includes the construction of two (2) 4-foot wide and one (1)-foot tall concrete flumes under the existing 10-foot-wide trail immediately north of the W. 10th Street bridge. Replacement of approximately fifteen (15) LF of 10-foot-wide trail will be removed and reconstructed over the concrete flumes. The trail crosses beneath 10th Street at the existing Sheep Draw bridge. Riprap aprons will be placed upstream and downstream of the flume for slope protections. https://www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado/solicitations/open-bids/Sheepdraw-Trails-Connection/0000364627?purchasingGroupId=8409951&origin=2 Margaret.Almanzar@greeleygov.com
