SCOPE
The City seeks a qualified Bidder to perform all construction, modifications, and supply all materials and equipment for the construction of the Tinker Road Water, Wastewater, Drainage and Roadway Improvements Project. The project improvements are located on approximately 2,500 linear feet along Tinker Road from Emerald Drive to Colleyville Boulevard in Colleyville, Texas. The improvements include a new storm sewer system that ties into the Colleyville Boulevard storm sewer system, replacement of water and wastewater lines and a mill and overlay along Tinker Road. The project includes but is not limited to the following work: a) Installation of approximately 1,447 linear feet of 18” and 24” RCP storm sewer and driveway culverts, curb inlets, junction boxes and safety end treatments. b) Abandonment and removal of existing driveway culverts. c) Installation of approximately 2,646 linear feet of 6” through 10” PVC water line by open cut, fire hydrants, water meters, copper water service lines, valves, and other water appurtenances. d) Installation of approximately 1,170 linear feet of 8” PVC wastewater line by open cut, wastewater manholes, 4” PVC wastewater services, and cleanouts. e) Pipe bursting of approximately 435 linear feet of existing 6” wastewater line with 8” HDPE wastewater line. f) Plugging and abandonment of existing wastewater system. g) Removal and replacement of approximately 226 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter. h) Mill and overlay of approximately 2,400 linear feet of asphalt roadway, including pavement markings. i) Installation of approximately 2,500 linear feet of concrete sidewalk, curb ramps, retaining wall and pedestrian railing. j) Removal and replacement of concrete and asphalt driveway and roadway pavement. k) Restoration within the right-of-way including landscaping, sodding, residential irrigation lines, mailboxes, fences, etc. l) Installation of traffic control plans in accordance with the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices and the details provided in the plan set. m) Maintenance of storm water pollution prevention plan. n) Daily street sweeping and project cleanup. https://www.civcastusa.com/project/66a7f370063022edcd2bc423/summary pkirkendoll@colleyville.com
