SCOPE
The scope includes reconstruction of the existing roadway, earthwork and grading, placement of aggregate base and placement of asphalt concrete pavement. The roadway will be improved with minor widening to include vehicular lanes with dedicated bicycle shoulders. The project includes drainage improvements with two box culvert installations, several minor drainage culvert replacements, ditch grading, and stabilization. It also includes removal and replacement of fencing, signing, striping, and revegetation. This road has a high recreational use, primarily for mountain biking, equestrian, and off-road vehicles, and camping.
