SCOPE
The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified contractor to provide preconstruction services and complete construction services for the 48-inch Scenario 3B Transmission Main Rehabilitation Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) project. This project consists of two separate segments identified as Segment 1 and Segment 4 with a combined approximate total of 10,800 linear feet. The Segment 1 alignment is from Orangewood Avenue and 20th Street, traversing under SR-51 to Dreamy Draw Drive and north to south of the Preserve. The Segment 4 alignment is from north of SR-51, north of the Preserve area, along 26th Street to Shea Boulevard. The selected CMAR will work as a team with the designer of record and City staff to ensure an efficient design approach for the project.
