SCOPE
The scope of work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, fixtures and services required for the paving of Forest Service Road 151 (FS 151) west of Prescott Valley, Arizona; and the construction of a Low Water Crossing (LWX). The base bid portion of the project includes 675 feet of mainline paving and a LWX construction of FS 151 from the intersection of State Route 89A. Major project work includes approximately: a total 630 CY of roadway excavation, 196 Ton of asphaltic concrete (3-inch-thick mat), 392 SY of concrete LWX decking, 353 feet of LWX turn-down walls, 285 CY of aggregate base, and 2 cattle guards (removal and reinstallation). Other associated work includes a concrete pad construction for CBU mailboxes, a culvert installation, fencing removal and reinstallation, and sign base installations. A traffic control plan and a SWPPP shall be proposed and implemented during construction.
