SCOPE
Logan City is preparing to construct an overflow drain at the Quail Bluff Tank at the mouth of Dry Canyon. This overflow will replace an existing drain line which drains into a neighboring property. The new drain line will consist of 10-inch pipe (see following paragraph for details on type of pipe). It will follow the alignment of an existing access road to the Quail Bluff Tank. The start of the drain line will be connected to the existing drain pipe. The end of the drain line will be connected to an existing manhole with a watertight seal. The following list approved material types for this project. The contractor can select any material from the list. Pipe must have a minimum inner diameter of 10 inches. The contractor will be responsible for including the cost of any pipe connections, fittings, and other items specified in bid item 7.
