SCOPE
Henry Const. $232,249.00. The project generally consists of supplying all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to construct boundary fencing and parking/trailhead improvements for the Town of Marana’s Tortolita Preserve, a leased property owned by the State of Arizona. The boundary fencing aspect of the project entails constructing nearly three miles of continuous, wildlife permeable, barbed wire fence along with several access gates through virtually undisturbed desert habitat along portions of the north, west, and south sides of the Preserve. The parking/trailhead aspect of the project comprises the rudimentary development of approximately two acres of virtually undisturbed desert adjacent to the Moore Road/Wild Burro Road intersection in order to enhance public access into the Preserve. The scope of work for the parking area and trailhead improvements includes simultaneously clearing and preserving existing desert vegetation; modifying existing fencing and access gates; constructing a cattle guard, valley gutter, a portable toilet pad/enclosure, post and cable fencing, and aggregate base surfaced driveways and parking spaces. Also included in the scope of work is, the removal of existing and the installation of new signage Rudy Torres (520) 382-1983 rtorres@maranaaz.gov https://www.publicpurchase.com/gems/marana,az/bid/bidView?bidId=168396
