Sealed Bids addressed to Massey Oaks Development, L.P. on behalf of Brazoria County Municipal Utility District No. 69, Attention Henry Fuertes, President, Board of Directors, will be received at the office of R.G. Miller Engineers, Inc., until 2:00 p.m. Local Time, Thursday, July 7, 2022 and then publicly opened and read for “Paving, Storm Sewer, Sanitary Sewer Force Main & Water Lines to serve South Harkey Road within Brazoria County Municipal Utility District No. 69, Brazoria County, Texas.” In addition to the opening of sealed Bids at the address above, you may view the public opening of sealed Bids via Microsoft Teams. Scope of Work of the Contract includes the following: Construction paving, storm sewer, sanitary sewer force main and water lines. Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. A NON-MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday, June 30, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. Local Time. To join via Microsoft Teams dial 1 (929) 352-1693 and enter Access Code 590985155#. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or a certified or cashier’s check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than two percent (2%) of the total amount Bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract and execute the Bonds on the forms provided and provide the required insurance certificates within seven (7) days after the date Contract Documents are received by the Contractor. Bidders must register on this website in order to view and/or download specifications, plans, and bid documents for this project. There is NO charge to view or download. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or bidding process except time of submitting a Bid. The Successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible Bidder which in the Board’s judgment will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project.
