SCOPE
The proposed work is located in Apache County on US Highway 191 from Witch Well (MP 344.79) to Sanders (MP 367.45). The proposed work consists of overlaying the existing US 191 travel lanes and shoulders with 2 inches of asphaltic concrete and ½ inch of rubberized asphalt friction course, overlaying the paved turnouts with 2 inches of AC and a fog coat, paving the unpaved turnouts with 3 inches of AC and a fog coat, and replacing the existing pavement markings.
