Work at the water blast area includes removal of asphalt and installation of a new concrete slab, about 40X 40 8-inches thick, with designed subgrade; extension of an in-slab cart rail system; new conduit and cable to supply power for the CAP furnished water blast equipment (480V service); extension of water supply piping, drainage piping and curbs; furnishing and installing a 1,000-gallon separator; and construction of a 12- foot high masonry wall on one side, and with a suspended, closable curtain on three sides. The stop-log laydown area consists of a concrete pad, 480-feet by 25-feet. The pad will be 6-inch thick concrete with perimeter footings, and with designed subgrade. The turnout at the fuel island will require about 3300 square feet of concrete with designed subgrade, 120-linear feet of curb, removal of a small amount of existing concrete, and sealing some cracks in existing concrete in the vicinity
