MANTUA POINT PHASE 2A AND 2B UTILITIES Sealed bids will be received in a sealed envelope addressed to Risland Mantua Point Phase 2 LLC (“Developer”) on behalf of Van Alstyne Municipal Utility District No. 1 of Grayson County, Texas and Van Alstyne Municipal Utility District No. 2 of Collin County, Texas (“Owner”) in the office of Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. (“Engineer”) at 6160 Warren Parkway, Suite 210, Frisco, Texas 75034 until 2:00 p.m. on March 22, 2022, and then publicly opened and read, for the work necessary for the installation of water, sewer and drainage facilities related to the construction of approximately 107 acres (324 Lots) of single-family residential development and accompanying offsite roadways in Van Alstyne, Texas ETJ. Contract documents, plans and specifications will be available via CivCast at www.civcastusa.com Certified/Cashier’s check or acceptable bidder’s bonds, payment without recourse to Owner or Developer, in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of total bid submitted must accompany bid. Developer and Owner reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities and technicalities. A MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE will be conducted in the office of Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., on Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. EACH BIDDER MUST BE REPRESENTED AT THIS PRE-BID CONFERENCE.
