INVITATION TO BIDDERS Sealed bids, in duplicate, addressed to Bridgeland Development, LP on behalf of Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 418 will be received in the office of BGE, Inc., 10777 Westheimer Road, Suite 400, Houston, Texas 77042 until 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, January 12, 2022, at which time all bids will be opened and publicly read for the furnishing of all material, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary or incidental to the “Summit Point Crossing Street Dedication Section 5.” Scope of Project: 1. Approx. 1,490 LF of 8-inch waterline and all appurtenances 2. Approx. 110 LF of 4-inch non-potable waterline and all appurtenances 3. Approx. 1,370 LF of 8-inch non-potable waterline and all appurtenances 4. Approx. 270 LF of 8-inch sanitary sewer and all appurtenances 5. Approx. 1,105 LF of 30-inch storm sewer, 105 LF of 7'x5' RCB, 250 LF of 8'x7' RCB and all appurtenances 6. Approx. 9,120 SY of 8-inch subgrade preparation 7. Approx. 8,680 SY of 7-inch reinforced concrete pavement 8. Approx. 4,070 LF of 6-inch reinforced concrete curb A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held in the office of BGE, Inc., 10777 Westheimer Road, Suite 400, Houston, Texas 77042 at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, January 5, 2022. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond, a payment bond, and a maintenance bond for the full amount of the contract.
