INVITATION TO BIDDERS Sealed Electronic Bids, addressed to Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 196, Attention Ms. Kirby L. Taylor, PE, will be received electronically, until 10:00 a.m. Local Time, Tuesday, October 19, 2021 and then publicly opened and read for “Construction of Water, Sanitary, Drainage and Paving Facilities in Sweetwater Ridge Collectors, Section 1 and Section 2 for Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 196, Montgomery County, Texas.” The bids will only be received electronically bid through CivcastUSA. The electronic bids will be publicly opened and read via conference call. Physical bids will not be accepted. Due to the pandemic and the Federal guidelines of not gathering in groups of 10 or more people, people who want to attend the bid opening must do so by telephone.
