SCOPE
The scope of work for this project includes furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, fixtures, and services required for excavation of a rock outcropping and construction of mechanically stabilized earth walls to widen the existing travel path on Senator Highway. The total project length is approximately 200 feet with primary work including 7 cubic yards of rock excavation, 1,064 square feet of MSE wall construction including incidental excavation, 300 square yards of 12” aggregate base placement, 300 square yards of subgrade preparation and 199 linear feet of Concrete half-barrier placement. Other associated work includes but is not limited to: Roadside bar ditch grading, drainage improvements including RGRCP pipe placement and catch basin construction as well as grouted rip-rap outlet protection. All work is to be done in accordance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents. There has been a MANDATORY pre-bid meeting scheduled for 9:00 a.m., Tuesday, September 14, 2021, hosted by Yavapai County Public Works through an online virtual meeting portal.
