SCOPE
The Red Oak Creek Interceptor Segment 40RO-1 Phase 2 pipeline project consists of installing approximately 6,652 linear feet of sanitary sewer pipe via open cut (5,450 LF of 48-inch, 55 LF of 42-inch, 55 LF of 30-inch, 45 LF of 27-inch), beginning at the Red Oak Creek Regional Wastewater System (ROCRWS) Treatment Plant in Ellis County, Texas, continuing in a northwesterly directions along Red Oak Creek and connecting to the existing Red Oak Creek Interceptor east of State Highway 342 (S. H. 342) The Project includes: Installation of two triple-barrel siphons across Red Oak Creek, one near the ROCRWS Plant and the other near S. H. 342. Each siphon includes one 18-inch, and two 24-inch pipes, as well as siphon inlet and outlet boxes and odor control. The siphon located near the ROCRWS Plant also includes stoplogs at both the siphon inlet and outlet boxes. Installation of a new meter station, MSRO2_0 to replace the existing meter station upstream from the ROCRWS Plant. The new meter station will be located just downstream of the new siphon near the ROCRWS Plant and includes one magnetic flowmeter. The meter station includes a meter vault, sump pumps, hatches, power and telemetry equipment, site security fencing and a site access road. Work includes meter station start-up and calibration services. A double-barrel siphon across a tributary to Red Oak Creek. The siphon includes one 18-inch, and one 36-inch pipe. An approximately 160 LF of tunnel liner plate (66-inch for FRP option and 72-inch for PVC option) across Shawnee Rd.
