SCOPE
A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held Monday, April 28, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. installation of all improvements shown on the Plans, including, but not limited to the following: 1. Ray Road Phase 2 (S846) – The Project consists of approximately two miles of half street surface improvements to include concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk, paving, striping, signage, street lights, street sleeves, landscaping, irrigation, and traffic signal conduit for a possible future traffic signal at the intersection of Inspirian Parkway/Crismon Road alignment. The improvements also consist of water and sewer extensions to stub north of the Flood Control District of Maricopa County (FCDMC) channel. 2. Boundary Sewer (S847) – The Project consists of approximately 6,000 linear feet of 18 inch sewer main located along the south side of Ray Road and ties into Crismon Road. Improvements include jack and bore a 36” steel casing pipe under the FCDMC channel to tie the Ray Road sewer into the Crismon Road sewer. 3. Traffic Signal at Ray Road and Eastmark Parkway (S848) – The Project consists of the installation of four-way traffic signal located at the intersection of Ray Road and Eastmark Parkway. 4. Eastmark Parkway Phase I (S849) – The Project consists of approximately 4,100 linear feet of full street improvements (two lanes in each direction divided by a landscaped median). Improvements include sewer, potable water, storm drain, dry utilities, bridge crossing, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk, paving, striping, signage, street lights, street sleeves, landscaping and irrigation. 5. Crismon Road, (S850) – The Project consists of approximately 1,000 linear feet of full street improvements (two lanes in each direction divided by a landscaped median). Improvements include potable water, storm drain, dry utilities, bridge crossing, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk, paving, striping, signage, street lights, street sleeves, landscaping and irrigation.
