SCOPE
The first component is the expansion of an existing transportation corridor parking lot; the second component is renovation of Centennial Towers Plaza. The first component work will consist of the expansion of an existing 60 stall gravel parking lot to an asphalt concrete paved 142 stall parking lot that is approximately 36,300 square feet, as well as park modifications along the rail corridor in downtown Pleasanton between Bernal Avenue and Abbie Street. The project includes asphalt concrete paving, a retaining wall, concrete pedestrian path, curb, gutter, curb ramp and driveway, structural soil cells, storm drainage, lighting, striping and signing, landscape, and site amenities The second component of work, referred to as “Centennial Towers Plaza Renovation” includes remove, salvage and reinstall the existing engraved brick paver, concrete pavement replacement, drainage, lighting, and site amenities.
