SCOPE
The project will consist of expanding the Cleburne Wastewater Treatment Plant from an average day capacity of 7.5 million gallons per day (MGD) to 10.5 MGD and increase the peak 2-hour flow capacity from 17 MGD to 34 MGD. The project also includes the construction of a 4 MGD Reuse Pump Station that is onsite at the treatment plant. Major improvements include new North Influent Pump Station; new North Headworks facility; new North Secondary Treatment Train; new chemical feed improvements; new Tertiary Disc Filters; new UV Disinfection; improvements to the existing chlorine disinfection system; new Plant Water Pump Station; new Reuse Pump Station; demolition of the existing sludge drying beds; improvements to Solids Holding Tank No. 1; new Sludge Pump Station No. 2; improvements to the Solids Dewatering Building; SCADA upgrades; and a new standby emergency power generator.
