SCOPE
In order to resolve existing sewer capacity deficiency within the City, the City of Victorville is soliciting a proposal from contractors to replace approximately 3,022 lineal feet of existing 10-inch vitrified clay pipe with 15-inch polyvinyl chloride (PVC SDR-35) pipe in Nisqualli Road starting approximately 350 feet west of Hesperia Road to Santa Fe wash in the eastern end of Nisqualli Road crossing railroad tracks. The principal items of work include excavation, trench bracing, shoring, removal, construction and reconnection of new sewer pipes to existing manholes, rechanneling manhole bases along with installing a casing around the pipe under existing City-owned railroad track without interrupting the operation using Jack & Bore method.
