Block Wall • Construct new 780’LF (must be verified by bidder) of Split Face CMU 8”x 8”x16” block wall seven (7) courses in total. Six (6) base courses and one (1) top course • Construct new 780’LF (must be verified by bidder) of Smooth Face CMU 8”x 8”x16” block wall Four (4) courses in total. Four (4) course middle section • Construct new 780’LF (must be verified by bidder) of Smooth Face 4”x 8”x16” block wall one (1) course in total as the top course • Construct new 6’LF (must be verified by bidder) of Smooth Face CMU 8”x 8”x 8” block under drain wall (1 to 3 course in total) North wall placement Masonry, Footings, Block Columns • Construct seven (7) new 24” x 24” x 96” Columns of Split Face CMU Block • Construct seven (7) new 5” high cement pyramid as a column cap • Provide continuous full-length reinforced footings • Include CMU drainage outlet per plans Rolling Gate • Fabricate/Install/Prime one (1) 18’ wide x 88” High Roller gate to match the attached gate design (gate opens to the South) • Construct new 12” x 16’ cement threshold including roller track • Gate to include keyed locking devise Service Door • Install new one (1) Hollow metal door/cement filled metal frame 36” x 80” RH-OS • Door/frame to be equipped with Keyed Dead Bolt/Protective Security Plate • Install new 12” x 36” cement threshold • Door placement is 4’ South from block column # 1 Site Work • Backfill and grade out soils around entire interior & exterior perimeter of new wall • Fine grade for drainage at N. side Outlet point (interior & exterior) Painting • Paint all new masonry (top and exterior), metal gate and door/frame (interior and exterior sides) per colors and manufacture type specified on plan Existing Chain link Fence • Contractor will remove and dispose of 780’ +/- fencing, fence poles, fence pole cement anchors, chain link gates SCOPE
