SCOPE
The project consists of constructing a 10’-12’ wide, PCC and AC, multi-use trail starting at El Potrero Park, extending south along the Riverside County Flood Control (RCFC) Channel and thence east to Lake Perris Drive. The multi-use trail consists of mixed bike path and pedestrian walkway. The project includes complete procurement and installation of two pedestrian bridges crossing the RCFC Channel. The Project is adjacent to the RCFC channel, City of Moreno Valley, City of Perris, Rancho Verde High School, El Potrero Park, Lasselle Sports Park, and Lake Perris State Park. The proposed work includes, but is not limited to, the construction of AC or PCC multi-use trail; grading; excavation of earth and rock; excavation of PCC and AC; placement and compaction of fill materials and native soil; alley driveway, curb; curb and gutter; sidewalk; curb ramps; asphalt concrete paving over base; PCC pavement over base; PCC underdrain; corrugated metal pipe installation; bridge design and construction; retaining wall; handrail; drainage; pavement markings and traffic striping and markings; signage; boardwalk design and construction; bollards; traffic control; and landscape restoration.
