SCOPE
Separate sealed bids for construction of a nominal 125,000 gallon factory coated, bolted steel water storage tank with foundation, external yard and internal tank piping, and appurtenances, Contract EA 14-16, located in the Beverly Hills area on the San Carlos Apache Indian Reservation, will be received by The San Carlos Apache Tribe at the office of Mr. Robert Burdette Jr., Director, San Carlos Apache Tribal Utility Construction (SCATUC) until midnight local time on October 30, 2019, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud at 9:00 am local time October 31, 2019. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on October 7, 2019, at 9:00 am local time. Attendees will meet at the Chevron station parking lot near the Apache Gold Casino, and then visit the tank site. Bidders who have technical questions or wish to visit the site should contact the Project Engineer to make arrangements. Preference in the award of this Contract shall be given to Indian and Alaskan Native organizations and economic enterprises, as outlined in detail in the Project Manual.
