SCOPE
The project includes construction of a new, year-round, grade-separated, shared bicycle and pedestrian crossing over Highway 101 and Adobe Creek that will replace the existing seasonal Benjamin Lefkowitz Underpass. Adobe Creek Reach Trail is also included in the project that will connect two trailheads on the west side of Highway 101 and provide safer access to the bridge.
