SCOPE
1. Pump House Enclosure (S841) – Further enclosing and covering an existing pump house with a new metal roof and new masonry walls to replace existing chain link fencing. Occupancy type is H-3 due to existing chemical tanks. These tanks will remain, and the new roof will be removable to allow for removal of the existing tanks as necessary for maintenance/replacement. The scope of work also includes electrical (lighting), masonry treatment, fire extinguishers, wire mesh screening, and structural steel to support the new roof. 2. Restroom Building (S845) – New public restroom building with masonry walls and a metal roof with steel structure on a concrete slab. The scope of work includes wire mesh screening, plumbing including fixtures and accessories, doors and signage, and electrical. 3. Inspirian Parkway (S843) – Improvements include sewer, water extensions and installation of sidewalk. 4. Great Park Phase II Park Site (S844) – Improvements include site civil, landscape, irrigation, hardscape, electrical, urban sculpture/play element and site amenities.
