SCOPE
The Scope of Work encompasses the blading (skimming) of a thin layer of dried silt from the floor of two, large, groundwater recharge basins (total work area: approximately 17 acres). The silt material will be processed into windrows, loaded onto trucks, and hauled to a disposal site (provided by the contractor). Once the silt is removed, the floor of the basin will be ripped (to a depth of 48 inches) and the side-slopes (the walls of the basins) will be track-walked. The final step is a smoothing of the basin floor (while maintaining a functional grade, to the basin outlet structure). Harlan Delzer - 909-993-1707 hdelzer@ieua.org
