SCOPE
Price Road Reclaimed Water Line: This project will be performed within the City of Chandler along Price Road, north of the Queen Creek Road/Price Road intersection, south of Germann/Price Road intersection, and at Armstrong Place. All construction shall be completed at night between 8:00 PM and 5:00 AM. The overall Project will consist of the following installation: 1. Installation of a new 12-inch reclaimed waterline and connecting to the existing reclaimed waterlines on the northern and southern end of the project. 2. Installation of isolation valves as shown within the Drawings. 3. Installation and connection of new reclaimed waterline laterals. And Wells Fargo Traffic Signal: This project will add a new four way traffic signal at the intersection of Price Road and North Wells Fargo Driveway/Innovation Street located on Price Road approximately 3/8 mile north of Queen Creek Road in Chandler. In addition there will be roadway/pavement widening for both North Wells Fargo Drive to the west and Innovation Street to the east in order to provide additional left turn and straight thru traffic lanes. There will be median modifications for Price Road in both directions north and south from the intersection to improve and provide for left turn movements. The project will include restriping of the cross roads (North Wells Fargo Drive and Innovation Street) as well as for the revised left turn pockets on Price Road. There will be minor adjustments to the existing drainage inlets/scuppers, preparation of a Drainage Memorandum, possible utility relocations, landscaping and irrigation revisions. Work must be completed within 275 consecutive calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. The Engineer’s Estimate range is $ 2,950,000 - $ 3,350,000. Kimberly Moon - 480-782-3349.
