SCOPE
The major items associated with the scope of services for this project is as follows: • Reconstruction of existing bituminous pavement within the proposed West Hold Bay limits with PCC (Portland Cement Concrete) pavement • Reconstruction of existing bituminous pavement with AC pavement from south edge of the proposed Hold Bay limits to perimeter fence at south of project • Mill and replacement of exiting bituminous pavement north of the Fuel Facility with new AC pavement, from the east edge of the proposed Hold Bay to the west edge of the previously constructed Phase I Hold Bay • Construct transition pavement along edges of proposed concrete that is built adjacent to existing bituminous pavement • Implement drainage facilities for the proposed construction area • Add new markings meeting the current FAA and Airport standards • Install new blast fence along south end of project area • Install new area lighting along south end of project area • Remove/relocate existing utilities that conflict with West Hold Bay Phase II construction This is a federal aid project.
