Dunlap Drive Pipeline Romoland Feeder Replacement

SCOPE
The work to be constructed is located in Riverside County and in the City of Perris along Dunlap Drive, Citrus Avenue, Lemon Avenue and along the alignment of the Romoland Feeder between Citrus Avenue and Lemon Avenue. The Contractor shall perform all work including construction of approximately 6,600 linear feet of 12-inch PVC pipe including all appurtenances and connections to existing lines and service connections from approximately 2,300 feet south of the intersection of Dunlap Drive and Nuevo Road to the connection with the Romoland Feeder at the intersection of Dunlap Drive and Lemon Avenue. The work will also include construction of approximately 2,400 linear feet of 42-inch CML&C welded steel pipe including all appurtenances and connections to existing lines from the connection with the Romoland Feeder at the intersection of Dunlap Drive and Lemon Avenue to approximately 1,000 feet east of the intersection of Dunlap Drive and Citrus Avenue at the connection with the Romoland Feeder. The work will also include abandonment of the existing 12-inch Dunlap Drive Pipeline (to be repurposed for raw water or recycled water in the future), abandonment of approximately 1,700 feet of the existing 36-inch Romoland Feeder, all restrained/welded joints, thrust blocks, valves, blow-offs, air valves, water services, shoring and bracing per California Labor Codes, backfill, pavement removal, replacement, and restoration per encroachment permits; trench and pipeline dewatering, high lining service connections as needed, disinfection, traffic control, and other related appurtenant work.
