SCOPE
This project consists of removing an existing concrete headwall that serves as a discharge point for an existing 44x22 storm drain pipe under Calle Guadalupe. The headwall shall be replaced by a manhole connected to about 735 linear feet of 36 storm drain RGRPC located under Calle Guadalupe. The piping will be connected by 5 storm drain manholes plus an existing catch basin located on the up-ramp of Calle Guadalupe. The underground piping system discharges into a new 24 foot catch basin. A Maxwell Plus, Dual Chamber drywell (or approved equal) will be installed to percolate standing water in the storm drain into the ground. A separate component of the project consists on regrading a swale carrying nuisance runoff from the west into a new concrete headwall. The headwall connects to an existing 21 CMP. The project will require coordination with the Town and the Sheriff's office on the issue of traffic control. Any questions regarding the plans, specifications or bidding instructions must be in writing to Vince Gibbons at vince.gibbons@dibblecorp.com A Mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the Guadalupe Town Hall (9241 S. Avenida Del Yaqui) on April 12th, 2018, at 2:00 PM. Attendance at the Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference is required in order to bid on this project.
