SCOPE
This Project entails the installation of approximately 9,600 feet of new 36-inch Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic Mortar (FRPM) pipe and manholes using several construction methods. The 36-inch diameter FRPM pipe will replace the existing under-capacity 21-inch to 27-inch VCP sewer main from the downstream end adjacent to the SR-91 to the west to the upstream end at Andulka Park to the east. The proposed alignment follows the northerly perimeter of the Victoria Country Club and crosses various infrastructures, including but is not limited to existing Tequesquite Arroyo, Victoria Avenue bridge, Sedgwick Avenue, existing VCP sewer pipes varies from 8-inch to 27-inch diameter, existing golf course cart paths, and existing golf course irrigation pipes and sprinklers. The crossing at the arroyo and other locations along the golf course will be accomplished by the jack-and-bore method in which the 36-inch FRPM pipe will be microtunnelled. The project also include the installation of approximately 950 feet of PVC sewer mains ranging from 8-inch to 18-inch diameter, the jack and bore of 170 feet of 8-inch and 12-inch diameter VCP sewer mains, the installation of approximately 540 feet of 24-inch diameter cured-in-place pipe liner, the rehabilitation of 3 existing manholes, the installation of new manholes, the remodeling of existing manholes to redirect existing sewer flow, and the abandonment of the existing manholes and existing sewer mains ranging from 8-inch to 27-inch diameter... purchasing@riversideca.gov
