SCOPE
Rebid: NO BIDS RECEIVED on original bid date. Sealed bids for construction of the Arizona Forest Highway #39 (Catalina Highway): Mt. Lemmon Drainage Pipe Lining (4MTCPL) project shall be delivered by the date and time indicated below to the Pima County Procurement Department offices located in the County Administration Building, 130 West Congress Street, 3rd Floor, Tucson, Arizona 85701. Bids must be accompanied by a surety bond of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. This project is located within Sections 30, 31, and 32 of Township 11 South, Range 16 and Sections 5, 6, 9, 10, 15, 21, 22, 28, and 29 of Township 12 South, Range 16 East Gila and Salt River Meridian, Pima County, Arizona. The project consists of performing corrugated metal pipe repairs to thirty-seven (37) drainage culverts beneath the Catalina Highway (Arizona Forest Highway #39). Culvert diameters are typically 24‖ with eight varying in size from 30‖ to 48‖ in diameter. Pipe repairs typically require the installation of full pipe lining materials with some local area repairs only. This is a federally funded project and Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wages apply. Estimated cost for the project is between $1,200,000.00 and $1,800,000.00. The project shall be complete and in place within 125 working days from Notice to Proceed. Liquidated damages for late delivery will be assessed per Pima County Standard Specification Section 108-9.
