SCOPE
Work will include but not be limited to the construction of a pedestrian / bicycle underpass under 7th Avenue adjacent to, and south of, the Arizona Canal Diversion Channel (ACDC). The work will include all necessary demolition of the existing roadway, path and landscaping improvements; structural excavation and structural backfill; construction of approximately 96 lineal feet of cast-in-place (CIP) concrete box structure under 7th Avenue; construction of approximately 550 lineal feet of CIP concrete ‘U-section accessible route ramp structure; approximately 1130 lineal feet of 6 foot high steel tube fence with CIP concrete pillars; approximately 1700 square feet of concrete bridge approach slab; approximately 1300 square feet of concrete pavement; underpass and ramp lighting system; grading, landscaping & irrigation; and various other miscellaneous items to provide a complete job in conformance with the construction drawings and specifications. This project has a 5.29% DBE goal. The Engineers Estimate is $2.2M to $2.7M
